Choices...

Every minute of everyday i have to choose
where i will spend the time in my head...

Freaking out, in fear, anger, & hopelessness... or...

in peace, and believing that everything can and will be alright...

being in a place of peace and loving feels so much better,
i know that is the best place for me to be.
fortunately, that's where i am most of the time these days.
